Xilinx is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Interactive Design Tools software team, located in Edinburgh, Scotland. This is an opportunity for a skilled and self-motivated engineer to develop applications to help our customers assemble, configure and deploy complex systems of IP for use in Xilinx’s industry-leading Vivado and Vitis Design Suites. The successful candidate will be a key member of a close-knit team of developers based in Edinburgh collaborating with our colleagues around the world. You will be working with world-class development, build and test technologies alongside other innovative and motivated people. You will be using the latest C++ standards and will actively participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (requirements, architecture, design, coding and verification). As Xilinx continues to raise the abstraction for platform-based designs, you will have a central role in shaping our future software products.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a fast learner and able to work in a fluid environment with complex requirements.
