    SoC Product Technical Marketing group is looking for an energetic engineer to drive our strategy and work on customer design by helping them resolve hardware and software issues related to memory sub-systems.Responsibilities:

  • File and track Product Requirements (PRs)
    • Drive features and marketing adoption detailed technical features product planning
    • Identify dependencies and drive IP Roadmap dependency across multiple platforms
    • Collect customer feedback and requirements on IP features
    • Create and maintain confluence pages for marketing requirements for PRs
  • File and track Product Change Requests (PCRs)
    • Technology assessments
    • Gap analysis of HBM solution space
    • Technical Competitive analysis
  • Inbound
    • Drive PG/UG to deliver total customer solutions create document outline
    • Give Board Marketing Requirements Document in SME area
    • Assist with engineering priorities (PRTs, PRs, CRs)
    • Product adoption tracking
  • Outbound
    • Product positioning for HBM external website
    • Field and customer communications and trainings (demos, conferences, presentations)
    • Tradeshow and conference participation
    • Demo planning and deployment
    • Collateral development
    • Technical Sales training
  • Other Marketing related items
    • Vendor Relations (New GTM pricing, parts acquisition) Once initial GTM this transitions to Operations 
    • Memory Road Map
    • ‘Buy, Build, or Partner’ (Alliance Partner relations)
    • Opportunity and loss analysis
    • White papers authoring
    • Memory off sites to drive cross functional requirements
    • HBM SMD Tiger Team leader

 

  • Minimum Qualification

    BS/MS (Master's Degree preferred) in CS/EE/ECE with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in FPGAs, Xilinx SoCs, Software tools, ARM based SoCs, and memory sub-systems.

    Travel 10%-25%

    Job Requirements

  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of embedded systems, interconnect, memory sub-systems, memory controllers, board and system requirements.
  • Technical expertise in memory protocols and memory controllers preferably on FPGAs and Xilinx technologies
  • Strong system level debugging skills for memory sub-systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability in writing application notes, white papers & customer presentations.
  • Able to drive system level product requirements for memory sub-systems  
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team across multiple geographies to creatively solve challenging problems
  • Fully self-sufficient in software development concepts and methods, coding, and debugging
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with engineering, marketing, customers, FAEs and sales to deliver timely solutions
  • Desire to be hands on with Xilinx tools, devices, boards and software
