This position in the Xilinx Data Center Group (DCG) is central to Xilinx’s video compression business. Xilinx produces products using world class video compression encoder IP adhering to the latest compression standards such as HEVC, VP9, AV1, VVC, etc. These products are deployed for use in public and private data centers and the quality/maturity of the solution is critical for our success. This role will have a wide range of responsibility in managing, defining, implementing and building a world class QA/test activity, including hiring talent. He/she will work with the SW solutions teams and devops/DSV teams both in the definition and execution stages to secure production ready releases.
