Xilinx is looking for a passionate and high energy individual for the role of Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Outbound Marketing. This position operates at a strategic and operational level, handling storytelling, positioning and messaging., critical to the success of the overall company. This role requires a strong hardware and/or software technical background with a mix of product knowledge, business acumen, and marketing experience. A strong command of the written word is crucial, as is the ability to identify and understand customer challenges and the capacity to clearly articulate how our products and solutions solve those challenges. Experience in B2B enterprise marketing is a plus.
Work with a cross-functional marketing team to plan and execute on content strategies for both Xilinx Data Center Group products and full-stack solutions combining Xilinx products and ISV software solutions
Research and understand multiple market segments and buyer personas and use that understanding to deliver compelling and relevant customer content
Work with the sales team to cultivate customer relationships, build customer advocacy, and produce case studies and other marketing assets
Partner with product management to successfully bring their products and solutions to market, with a particular focus on translating and visualizing complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, easily consumed content
Communicate marketing initiatives within the organization, including executive teams
Pull together and manage project teams that require input from multiple areas within the company
Education Requirements / Years of Experience
BS +5 years, or MS +3 years of relevant industry experience
