Education Requirements : B.Tech with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering
Senior Circuit Design Engineer - SRAM FPGA
- B.Tech with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
- SRAM architecture knowledge and SRAM circuit design experience.
- Transistor-level circuit design, especially in memory/SRAM.
- Knowledge of high performance low power circuit design.
- Knowledge of industry standards circuit and design tools.
- Well versed with Industry standard EMIR, timing(primetime), noise analysis.
- Work with layout team to oversee the design.
- We are looking for someone who is a team player and self-motivated to conduct various circuit design.
- Candidates should have digital or analog circuit design skills and/or software design skills.
- Understanding of analog or digital memory circuits.
- SRAM Silicon debug experience would be an added advantage. Should be able to write test benches for the SRAM.
- Good aptitude and problem solving skills.
