Sales Enablement Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Sales Enablement Team in the Core Markets Group. This role will assist in the team's key objectives of delivering high-quality content, improving the seller/buyer experiences, and planning product and technical training. This individual will also support content and process management related to training coordination and sales productivity. The coordinator will work in partnership with Sales Operations & Infrastructure and Marketing functions to deploy strategic initiatives and track successes. An ideal candidate will be extremely organized, proactive, professional, and enjoy working cross-functionally across teams and leadership levels.


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of sales onboarding and skills training curriculum, including but not limited to, sales training calls, sessions, and onboarding training
  • Partner with Marketing on content delivery effectiveness, improve collateral, and monitor seller/buyer usage in the Sales Resource Center
  • Manage and drive updates to documents/collateral in sales systems to ensure the information is up to date and of high quality for our Sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive and improve technical and product content for sellers/buyers
  • Participate and at times project manage improvement projects to optimize and streamline process efficiencies
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team members on key Programs/Projects that require multiple disciplines to deliver a successful outcome
  • Coordinate the documenting and deployment of various sales playbooks to streamline regional seminars and other learning and development activities
  • Regularly monitor usage metrics and provide insights, trends, and value adds for Sales
  • Develop expertise in findability, SEO, metadata to enable an improved seller/buyer experience across all our Sales systems
  • Support and help enforce quality improvement efforts through information architecture processes and best practices across business units
  • Establish rigor when documenting business processes and best practices in Sales Enablement
  • Conduct daily administrative tasks; handling content inquires, maintaining tag list libraries, or other responsibility related actions
  • Research and understand the seller/buyer process and relay learnings back into the Sales Enablement process


Qualifications Required: 
  • BS/BA in related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience of relevant experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or related function
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in decision making
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and track a variety of assignments simultaneously 
  • Ability to take piecemeal content/ideas and create cohesive, easy to use collateral/documents
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively toward common goals and execute on deliverable with accuracy and quality
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and holds oneself to a high standard
  • Innate curiosity and willingness to take on any project big or small
  • Ability to work in a highly transformative and dynamic environment
 
Desired Skills: 
  • Experience with writing and documenting requirements and processes for business implementation and consumption
  • Working knowledge of Sales Enablement and collaborative Systems (Seismic, Salesforce, Simpplr, Slack, NetExam, MS Office Suite)
  • Understanding of semiconductor industry, applications, and markets
  • SEO, Taxonomy, Metadata Best Practices
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience and Usability
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (agile, waterfall)
