This position is responsible for driving the sales revenue target and market share in North China for the new Xilinx Wired and Wireless Group’s (WWG) Business Unit.
The successful candidate for this role must has proven track record of successful account management experience for strategic account and also has ability to engage with different levels of customers to get accurate project information and market forecast to win business.
In addition to managing the North China WWG accounts, this individual must have excellent cross-functional collaborative and influencing skills.
The candidate must have experience selling complex semiconductor products and systems, or closely related SW products to customers in at least one, ideally more, of the market segments targeted by Xilinx. These include:
Wireless infrastructure (Baseband, Backhaul, Radio, etc.)
Wired communications technology (OTN, Access, Cable, etc.)
10+ years in the semiconductor industry and at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, or in another function with significant customer-facing responsibilities
