Xilinx is hiring a Business Systems Analyst / CRM Program Manager to join our Wired & Wireless Communications Group team based in our HQ in San Jose.

 

This is a newly created, highly visible global role in new Business Unit of Wired & Wireless Communications – reporting directly to Head of Sales Strategy & Operations – managing critical projects and business initiatives, including Sales Pipeline Management & Sales Metrics and critically responsibility for the successful roll out and implementation of our next generation CRM infrastructure and related tools globally within WWG – working in very close partnership with our WWG global Sales teams and key corporate functions.

 

This is an individual contributor role.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Successful roll out and implementation of new next generation CRM infrastructure with focus on clear business process
  • Training and communication of new business process updates & next generation CRM infrastructure to global WWG Sales Teams
  • Very close partnership and cross functional collaboration with multiple corporate functions such as Marketing, Finance & IT
  • Understand and clearly document business processes impacting WWG
  • Model and analyse data to improve process and structure
  • Lead training sessions on new processes and tools for all WWG Sales and business users
  • Lead and manage WWG global Pipeline Management initiatives and programs
  • Lead, manage and report out of key WWG Sales Metrics
  • Drive and manage all existing and new WWG Sales process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • MBA/CFS preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management & Business Process Management
  • 5+ years in Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Enablement
  • Experience in deploying new CRM systems to global Sales Teams (ie SalesForce.com, MS Dynamics), semiconductor/telecommunications industry preferred
  • Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence, Seibel CRM, Google Analytics
  • Very strong business acumen
  • Strong data visualization skills that can clearly communicate results and insight from complex quantitative analysis in a clear, actionable manner
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to summarize complex, detailed data to present to executive level staff
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), advanced skills in Excel are a must
  • Exposure to some of the following tools would be an advantage - OBIEE, APEX, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, JavaScript, HTML, PHP and SQL


In addition, the successful candidate will be:

  • A strong team player: Work effectively with teams across different regions and functions. Build trust with and support from all levels of the organization
