Pre Opportunity Win, you will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to win the right deals with the right commercial terms, aligning to the Business Unit strategy.
You will lead the pricing proposal part of this engagement.
+ Field new opportunities from Sales and put together pricing analyses
+ Assess the value Xilinx offers verses our competitors
+ Develop win-win customer proposals for sales while continuing to meet company revenue and profitability goals
Post Opportunity Win, you will manage the ongoing business to maximize the accounts / regions revenue and profitability.
+ Analyze business and report on results, both internally and externally
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies
+ Work on projects for key Business Operations initiatives aimed at improving processes and results
Key Competencies / Skills
+ Strong business and financial acumen
+ Pricing knowledge / experience will be a plus. Including an understanding of Value Based Pricing.
+ Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
+ High proficiency level in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
+ Use objective analysis and sound judgment to identify the best course of action
+ Ability to exert influence on the relevant key stakeholders through persuasive discussions
+ Strong attention to accuracy and detail is required
The successful candidate’s minimum qualifications will include the following:
+ At least 7 years of overall business experience with a minimum of 5 years in the semiconductor industry desired
+ Understanding of the Sales Process
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business or equivalent work experience
