Within the Data Center Group (DCG), we are seeking an experienced
Administrative Assistant to support the DCG Engineering team located in San
Jose, Ca. The position supporting the Engineering organization is a newly
formed role and we are seeking an individual that enjoys working in an evolving
team and dynamic organization.
The role requires you to be:
experienced in providing administrative and project support to a dynamic team in

As an administrative professional the ability to work on
multiple diverse projects and tasks that support the DCG team will be
required. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of

- Senior-level administrative
support including heavy calendaring and meeting arrangements, travel
coordination, data processing, expense reporting, meeting management, etc.
- Coordinate and track key
organization data (budget, travel, equipment, etc.).
- Organize functional team
events (group meetings, offsites, celebrations, etc.), facilitating
communication with in-house and external contacts to ensure success.
- Meet and greet guests,
order all catering for meetings, and arrange all offsite lunches and dinner
department purchases, including opening purchase orders and managing
procurement card use and expenses.
- Manage and track expense
reports and receipts; reconcile corporate credit card accounts regularly
according to company policy.
- Handle candidate
interview logistics as required.
