Setup Product BOM for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) based Products.
Liaise closely with NPI Program Manager, Engineering and Contract Manufacturers on BOM Setups.
Ensure that all manufacturing product specifications are developed and testing procedures are in place.
Ensure vendors/subcontractors are manufacturing products according to product specifications.
Manage ECN (Engineering Change) and BOM changes.
Work closely with Production Operations team for issue resolution and opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing environment.
Knowledge on engineering change process (e.g. Agile ECO/ECR process)
PCBA Quality, Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience preferred.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent.
Able to interpret component datasheets and mechanical drawings.
Ability to interpret schematics is a plus.
