The Customer Operations Project Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting process owners with business process analysis to streamline business processes related to Account Management, Forecasting and Order Management.
Project management responsibilities - you will be expected to manage cross-functional projects.
Provide ad-hoc data analysis and visualizations for management decision making and perform other related staff work as assigned.
- Demonstrate understanding of end to end enterprise processes with strong Xilinx business acumen.
Be able to perform detailed data analysis and summarize their findings/recommendations to senior management level audience.
Critical in this role will be the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and geographies within the organization and with outside partners, distributors and customers.
10+ years in Customer Operations environment including Customer Account Management, Planning and/or Order Management.
5+ years in Business Process Analysis and Data Analysis Development.
BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent required.
Proficient in managing projects through entire project life cycle.
Expert in applying business process analysis and developing ROI justifications for proposed process changes
Accomplished in effective cross functional, global communications.
Comprehends supply chain processes and demand management concepts.
Adept with programming languages used in data analysis and visualizations (APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, etc.)
Understands ERP systems’ functionality with knowledge of Order Management, Financials and Warehouse Management (Oracle E-Business Suite R12 preferred).
Experienced with MDM, MES and Supply Chain systems (Matrix, Camstar, Kinaxis, etc.)
Familiar with CRM and SRM systems (Siebel, etc.)
Familiar with data warehousing, analysis and reporting tools (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Tableau, etc.)
Familiar with RPA tools (UIPath, etc.)
Skilled with MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
Familiar with MS Project, MS OneDrive and SharePoint.
