The Ask HR Human Resources Program Manager will report to the Director of HR Operational Excellence. The HR Operational Excellence team is a key element of the Xilinx Shared Services model. We provide direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management by handling a variety of HR-related activities and programs.
Own the Ask HR program for employee queries and problem-solving
Own key change management and communications aspects of the Ask HR program
Own Ask HR metrics and reporting, and act as subject-matter expert on performance analytics
Manage HR content transformation to a knowledge-centered services model
Own key aspects of Ask HR Agent training and upskilling, globally
Act as administrator for the ServiceNow platform for HR
Act as HR Lead for transition of OneXilinx information center to new intranet platform
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
3+ years of experience in managing programs and projects
Must be proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel and MS Project
Must be familiar with reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau
ServiceNow experience preferred
Familiarity with knowledge-centered services preferred
