The HR Program Manager will report to the Director of HR Operational Excellence. The HR Operational Excellence team is a key element of Xilinx Shared Services model. We provide direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management by handling a variety of HR-related activities and programs.
Own the roll-out of annual programs: work with subject matter experts to align program objectives, timelines, training, and measures of success
Own the entire life-cycle of various projects from pre-program planning to post-program assessment
As a key member of the HR Governance team, keep HR Leadership updated on the health of the HR Portfolio
Manage key aspects of the communications process for HR: work with Communications Manager and subject matter experts to ensure communications are clear, concise, and timely
Distribute communications to the enterprise via various communications channels such as digital signage, email, portals, and social platform
Maintain HR Governance project plan and dashboards
Maintain HR Communications project plan and calendar
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
3+ years of experience in managing programs and projects
Must be proficient with Smartsheet and/or MS Project and Excel
Must be familiar with reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Proven project management skills
Thorough understanding of program life cycles
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional customer services skills
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applications
Ability to manage a fluctuating workload
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
Ability to influence change
