Silicon Technology Development Group is looking for a senior level engineer to develop, evaluate, and support the advanced analog/RF and 3D-IC models for the leading edge technologies. You will work closely with IC design, foundry partners and other members in the group to deliver best in class SPICE model solutions and design support to meet the future emerging technology and system challenges. The responsibilities include (but not restricted to) device characterizations, circuit device interaction and co-optimization, design enablement and PDK evaluations, and test structure development.
BS with 9, MS with 5 years, or PhD in EE or equivalent industry experience in advanced semiconductor device modeling or analog physical design
Strong knowledge and technical understanding in advanced CMOS device physics, device characterization and Spice modeling
Hands-on device measurements and characterization skills are desired
Familiar with SPICE simulation, analog circuits design, and compact modeling
Good programming skills and prior EM tools usage is a plus
Basic knowledge of EDA Tools
Self-driven and able to manage multiple delivery tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work in teams
