Key Performance Indicators
o Achieve growth acceleration target, that is, meet revenue ramp up rate for desired product series
o Achieve year on year growth targets for customers
o Meet local demand creation revenue target
o Increase market share by and outperform competition
o A passion for achieving challenging revenue target, design wins and market share goals
o Proven track record of successful account management experience for strategic account
o Work well in a fast paced environment and a great team worker
o A strong sense of urgency to address customer issues
o Able to work independently and meet customers demanding needs/priorities
o Good understanding of customer business initiatives, challenges and industry trends to identify ways for customers to increase their competitive advantage
o Ability to engage with different levels of customers to get accurate project information and market forecast to win business
o Strong in articulating/differentiating key capabilities and business value of Xilinx products/services to customers
o A strong R&D background is preferred to understand customers technical requirements and engage in solutions selling
o Strong telecommunication market experience plus selling system design, good connections in telecommunication customer base in China.
o Learn quickly from mistakes and overcome adversities, failures and challenging situation
o Good collaborative skills to mobilize and coordinate internal resources efficiently to support different requirements of a project
o Bachelor Degree, minimum 10 years in sales and carrier engagement experience is a strong plus.
