The Core Infrastructure Services Systems Administrator role is multi-faceted:

  • Install, maintain, document and support core infrastructure enterprise-wide tools both on-premise and in the cloud such as DNS, LDAP, Splunk, Syslog-NG, NTP and CyberArk technologies
  • Monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of these applications will be required
  • Evaluate, procure, and configure infrastructure tools
  • Assist team members in resolving technical issues.
  • Project management skills necessary to lead small to medium projects from concept through implementation


  • 3+ years infrastructure experience in Linux products and platforms
  • Solid background, understanding and hands on experience both technically and functionally of BIND/Route53 DNS, LDAP, SAMBA, syslog-ng, NTP and Splunk either on-premise or at AWS
  • PERL, Shell, Python or other Linux scripting is preferable.  Powershell is a bonus.
  • AWS Associate or higher certification

  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical internal customers regarding requirements and business solutions
  • Must be reliable and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Should have a desire to step outside of the system administration boundary and learn new things
