  • Partner with COEs as regional program manager for HR initiatives and annual programs such as the Global Recognition Program, Focal cycle, Wellness Program, to name but a few.

  • Be the Benefits guru for the EMEA region.

  • Support the Global Compensation team as needed during focal cycles and for regional compensation analysis and recommendations.

  • Keep us compliant; you are the gatekeeper of all things SOX, GDPR, audits and anything else HR compliance related.

  • Share knowledge appropriately and proactively look for ways to raise the bar.

The Person

  • You have deep expertise in employment law and experience in its practical application.
  • Your solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures gives you the ability to challenge and/or adapt to meet organizational requirements, without compromising quality or compliance.
  • You have an appreciation for confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information. Y
  • You are deadline and detail-oriented with a focus on process and efficiency; and enjoy identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • You have the ability to diagnose problems and propose solutions, informed by data.
  • You have a collaborative attitude and the ability to establish strong and effective working relationships. You recognize the importance of flexibility and agility in a small team where we often have to help each other out.
  • You also have superior organisational skills, can prioritize effectively and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years generalist HR experience, preferably with EMEA wide regional responsibilities
  • BA in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline
  • CIPD accredited
  • Excel Whizz
  • Lean/Six Sigma or similar would be an advantage
