Account Development Representative

 

In this role, you will nurture relationships and growth the ecosystem at one of the world’s top cloud service providers.  You will make use of your passion for innovative technologies to demonstrate how customer opportunities can be solved using Xilinx-accelerated cloud computing solutions.

A Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For
  • Growing the partnership between Xilinx and a cloud service provider customer by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals within the cloud service provider ecosystem.
  • Develop relationships with independent software vendors (ISVs)
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within the cloud service provider ecosystem.
  • Ensure that goals are consistent with Xilinx’s strategic direction
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned annual goals related to growing Xilinx and the cloud service provider’s ecosystem.
  • Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
  • Develop a clear understanding of Xilinx’s and cloud service provider(s) offerings and value propositions.
  • Influencing and owning cross functional teams working to support Xilinx campaigns and initiatives at the cloud service provider(s).
  • Engage, marketing, sales and technical resources both directly with the cloud service provider as well as with the cloud service providers end customers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

  • Willing to build strong, direct relationships with senior business and technical customers.
  • Communication and written skills.
  • Customer support skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (with proven track record of cross-group collaboration).
  • Willing to comprehend Xilinx offerings and cloud service provider offerings targeted at end customers in the areas of video and imaging, data analytics, network security, high performance computing and machine learning.
  • Solving skills in challenging technical and business problems towards the benefit of the cloud service provider and Xilinx

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Science with a passion for technology and business
  • Successful customer engagements; with a focus on sales and/or business development
