Develop and lead a marketing team to position Xilinx as the adaptable intelligence platform leader in Data Center market
Create a comprehensive strategy to win in the datacenter markets in alignment with the seven strategic workloads.
Manage an investment budget for all marketing activities and drive for the best ROMI to meet an aggressive sales target
Develop cohesive outbound and inbound co-marketing GTM campaigns with strategic ISVs
Create and lead Xilinx positioning, outbound messaging, and PR strategies to achieve ecosystem brand awareness
Develop, define and drive Xilinx and key eco system partner marketing story - messaging and positioning the partnership for long term win win strategy.
Drive executive presentations and platform messaging, and support key technical campaigns and presentations
Develop a digital strategy including Xilinx.com, Xilinx Forums and other communities; define and create a world class customer experience specifically geared towards software application developers

Track record of success in developing and prioritizing marketing activities to meet aggressive sales targets
Experience in Data Center market, AI/Machine Learning, and cloud providers/hyperscalers
Experience with complex channel marketing to broad base of customers and prospects
Experience leveraging and working with 3rd party ecosystems to project Xilinx’s leadership
BSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of work experience (strong preference for a technical background – HW/SW background)
