We are seeking an Intern to join our ATE Characterization team. The successful intern will gain invaluable knowledge and understanding on Xilinx product test methodology, ATE bench equipment and latest semiconductor interface technology in DDR3/4.
The intern's job responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Data collection for memory system test across process, voltage & temperature
- Create bench automation for volume data collection
- Write scripts for data post-processing and analysis.
- First level measurement bench debug
The successful intern should possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics / Computer Engineering
- Knowledge in PERL scripting, Verilog and Labview automation
- No prior experience required
