The Supply Chain Management Intern will primarily be responsible for the following:

 

  • Archive and Audit LOAs from Compass and Sharepoint
  • Convert LOAs to Excel and perform VLOOKUP as directed by Dan against data provided by Dan
  • Research Brokers and Resellers on the web
  • Assist in record keeping
  • Other ad hoc projects

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum requirement: Sophomore standing or above
  • Demonstrated competence in Seibel CRM reporting, and management
  • Demonstrated strong Microsoft Excel competence, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, GETPIVOT and other functions
  • Demonstrated Microsoft PowerPoint experience sufficient to create and modify presentations
  • SQL query and data cube experience, highly preferable
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, basic web applications

  • Ability and personality to articulate processes in a meaningful way
  • Strong analytical and accuracy skills required
  • Be a confident self-starter
  • Effective presentation, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
