design, verify, and document for ASIC development. Develop test software in C
and enhance existing software for system level validation and verification of
the Ethernet MAC and the Interlaken blocks. Design, develop, implement, test,
and verify Communication IPs such as Ethernet MAC and Interlaken systems based
on Xilinx FPGAs with embedded MicroBlaze or ARM processors. Develop RTL designs
(Verilog/VHDL, FPGA) to validate functionality of the next generation Ethernet
MAC and Interlaken. Determine design approaches and parameters to build
complete systems for emulation, verification, and validation and benchmarking
of the new features at a system level. Define methodologies to run tests
efficiently. Develop scripts using Python, Perl or other scripting languages to
automate the tests. Maintain GIT repository for all the hardware designs and
software development. Work cross functionally with other teams, marketing and
the field to ensure that customer use models are validated. Document use models
and test cases.
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
5 years of experience as a Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, Validation Engineer or related occupation.
Will also accept Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 7 years of progressive experience as a Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, Validation Engineer or related occupation.
