Monitor and analyze Xilinx Global Treasury cash positions to cover cash commitments. Compile short-term and long-term cash forecasts. Coordinate company activities relating to banking. Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate action. Monitor portfolio investments and produces management reports detailing performance. Direct and review financial statement analysis. Assist in other treasury projects as directed. As an integral part of a dynamic and progressive global Treasury organization that continuously seeks innovative solutions to optimize capital structure and enhance shareholder value, the position will employ best practices and leverages leading-edge treasury systems to create operational efficiencies. The Treasury Analyst will have the opportunity to provide analytical support and gain broad experience within Corporate Treasury in areas such as cash and investment management, foreign exchange and commodity related hedging, credit and debt related activities, swaps (credit default and interest rate) as well as assist in a variety of ad-hoc financial analysis. Responsibilities will include assisting in the daily investment of excess cash, interest income forecast and variance analysis, investment reporting/performance analysis as well as credit and counterparty risk management. Manage the daily cash management activities, determine cash position, prepare wire transfers and perform cash actual/forecast analysis. Assisting with maintaining domestic and international bank accounts and signatories, monitor banking activities and services including fee analysis. Work on revolving credit facility and debt related management and compliance as well as stock repurchase strategies. Support SOX documentation, testing and audit requirements, recommend and implement process improvements and cost savings through the use of technology and new banking services, 10Q/10K reconciliation's/schedules, ad hoc analysis/reporting/projects to assist the Treasury and Credit organizations.

Education Required:      
 
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or related field
 
Experience Required:    
 
1 year of experience as Treasury Analyst, Financial Analyst or related occupation
 
Special Requirements:   
 
Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience / at least 1 year of project background / at least 1 year of internship or educational experience in the following:
  1. Management of corporate Treasury organization in fixed income investments, FX, Commodity and Interest Rate derivatives and Corporate treasury with sizable investment portfolio of at least $100M.
  2. Evaluate fixed income securities and derivatives related issues in Global Corporate environment with sizable balances of at least over $100M.
  3. Passed at least Level 1 towards "CFA charter holder" designation by the American CFA Institute.   
Position requires 5% travel, fully reimbursed by employer.
