Detailed Description As a Design engineer, you will play a key role in the RTL design of complex & next generation IPs. Responsibilities include understanding and participating in crafting design specifications, writing quality RTL and assertions, extensive functional verification and also work with verification team to ensure a good quality IP delivery.
Job Requirements • Bachelors or Masters in Computer or Electrical/Electronics engineering • Strong academic background • Clear understanding of logic design concepts and computer design • Knowledge of Verilog, VHDL and exposure to industry simulators • Expertise in front end RTL design flow steps like lint, CDC, STA etc • Experience in IP design is a plus • Working knowledge of C, C++ languages and experience in scripting (like csh, perl) • Exposure to object oriented programming is useful • Exposure to chip design methodology is a plus but not a requirement
